1. Use of the Website

By using this site, you agree to:

Use it only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to harm, hack, or misuse the site or its content
Respect the intellectual property (see below)

2. Class Bookings & Payments

All class registrations are final unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time of booking.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable, except in emergency situations.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class (you’ll always be notified and offered a makeup or refund).

3. Refunds & Cancellations

We understand life happens. We offer:

Refunds if class has not been attended :)
Credit or makeup sessions in some cases, at the discretion of the instructor.

Please contact us if you have a special situation — we’re here to work with you.

4. Liability Disclaimer

By attending classes or events:

You acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve risk.
You agree to participate at your own risk however I do have dancers insurance in case!
You release The Gold Within by Dimple and all instructors from liability for injuries or damages that may occur.

If you have any health concerns, please consult a doctor before participating.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GoldWithin.com — including choreography, videos, text, graphics, and branding — is owned by The Gold Within by Dimple and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. Privacy

Your information is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We never sell or share your data with third-party marketers.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the most current version.
